It’s that time of the year, Valentine’s Day. A time when we write love-notes to our significant others, our children, our grandchildren, our parents, or our friends to let them know what they mean to us and that we love them.
Dear Friends, let us not forget the love of our Heavenly Father. John 3:16 (KJV) encourages, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
Like I used to, do you or someone you know doubt the Lord’s love? Sadly, many of us are trapped in lies that we are unworthy, insignificant, and unlovable. Plain and simple, we believe we are underserving, too messed up, or not “enough.” These are lies. God wants to shower His goodness, love, and mercy on each of us!
Let us not just share heartfelt words of our love to others, but more importantly, spread the love of our Lord and Savior to others who desperately need encouragement.
Who do you know that needs encouragement that the Lord loves them and wants to bless them? Will you be that blessing for them?
